Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders above $99. For orders below $99, the shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery

Order Status

Track your order with the provided tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your international order hasn't arrived within 15-30 days post-shipping confirmation, contact us at sales@falsiacommerce.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for unused, undamaged items, refunding the order amount minus return shipping costs.

For damaged items, email us at sales@falsiacommerce.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually.
